If your are on the first page and you are not getting a traffic for your site against the targeted keyword make sure the keyword that you have choose for your site is representing to your business.
If your ranking well but no one is clicking update your meta description data. Also consider authorship markup through google plus so results show your picture and added info. The bigger issue is that if your sitting at the number one position and no one is clicking or your bounce rate is bad, you'll actually lose your ranking soon. It's imperative to fix conversion issues in the serps asap.
