I have experienced scam buyers that blackmail me several times. To tell you the truth I am sick of them. Any ideas how to stop them!?
There are a lot of bad buyers that just say that they haven't received the item or the item was damaged. I hate the "buyer is always right" policy, that hurts honest sellers and helps dishonest buyers!
You don't mention HOW you for scammed
First, don't ship overseas or to any address that's not verified by PayPal
Second, don't ship until you have the money IN your account, don't trust any emails
Third, take LOTS of pictures and accurately describe any scratches, scuffs, dents, defects, etc no matter how small. I had a pair of used heels returned to me because I failed to mention there was a small scuff on the heel, been though I listed them as used and in used condition
Always ship with a tracking number and for anything of value or that could get damaged, buy insurance

how can they blackmail you? you never ship anything until you have received payment. if you are selling used electronics or something thru the mail , then you are probably going to get people trying to claim the item was broken, etc - sell in person only for cash and tell them the items are "As-Is" no returns
just stop selling things online
