Please don't do that... Doing some exercises will do more good over time:) Try to find some fitness videos and workouts that can suit your needs! Also, take a run around the park or your neighborhood and listen to some music while doing it... Work you way up in time. And just eat healthy with a cheat day once a week.

If you starve yourself you'll gain weight no joke my sister did it and it just stores the fat thats already there to feed on it and it repeats restoring the food inside your body not the best choice. I'm thin and have always been thin because I eat whenever I'm hungry but I don't eat like 1,000 pound meal every second because then I'll gain weight. This is what you do eat breakfast something like bacon egg and cheese sandwich or cereal. Dinner something like rice meat and a salad I prefer tuna salad love it. Ok now if your hungry in between these times the secret is eat something small dont eat a burger eat an apple it will fill you up or another fruit also maybe a granola bar. Give this a try and I promise you'll lose weight you can't give up. The key is always eat when your hungry but not alot keep it small fruits vegetables etc. But always incorporate a good breakfast and dinner meal don't forget that.

Unfortunately the body breaks down vital tissue, like your heart along with fat when in starvation mode.
The losses from crash diets tend to not last, better to make a more sustainable, gradual lifestyle and mindset change, finding a diet you can continue to live with.
You need the Atkins diet - Get a used copy of "New Diet Revolution" off of Amazon Books - or look in the library. You got to get off the sugar which makes up about 80% of America's diet.
Starvation is not the answer. Just healthy foods and exercise! Try to join 3K fun runs or jogging in the park. :)
Well I'm 13 going on 14 and I weigh 150 lbs and I'm really fat and uncomfortable with my body I don't wanna here all this crap about its bad for u I don't care about that I want a real answer please help me :p
