How did you transfer the money? If it was a credit card you may be able to use their fraud department. If PayPal you may have a recourse. If they want to do business here they probably will try to make you happy. So see what they are willing to offer and if it is worth it. If all fails then you may try to sue but:
1) You need to win first. That means you have to build a case and prove it. May want to try to small claims court. If they don't show up you may get a default judgement.
2) Assuming you win unless they have assets here you may not be able to collect.
You should have checked that it was an authorized Canada Goose retailer on the canada-goose.ca. You probably cheaped out and thought you were getting a deal from a sketchy website so no there's not really anything you can do. I heard someone complained to their credit card company and stated any counterfeit laws that the company they bought theirs from violated, however it took about 5 months of complaining and stress. The jacket you have has unsanitary down from caged in geese and chickens and raccoon/dog fur - that is actually what the fake ones are. Sorry, my friend has one and it looks like ****.

There is little chance of getting brand name products from them, you might check if the actual brand has a counterfeit identification guide.
You might be grateful for getting anything for your money, you don;t have as many legal options dealing with a Chinese business, if you were smart enough to use a credit card and not Western Union, you might be able to get a chargeback from the credit card company eventually, though the seller probably knows the ins and outs of the refund systems limitations better than you. You may have to settle for reporting them on some of the scam reporting sites like RipOffReport, ScamBusters.
Certainly I would not have bought from them in the first place, just based on their having no identifying phone# or address on the contact us page.
