Monday is the first business day, Tuesday is the end and Wednesday is the third. If it is not shipped by January 7 you can open a case with ebay
3 working days from the day you ordered would be either Wednesday or Thursday.
You dont count the weekend or New Years Day. So hang on until then.

i purchased an item on friday 12/28 which is supposed to be shipped within 3 business days. i paid with paypal. the seller marked it paid but didnt ship it. i emailed him twice with no response. he has 100% positive selling feedback. what should i do since he is not responding?
