When it comes to fundraising, there are so many things you can do.
But what works best, better than anything else, is asking someone you know, for money, face to face. It has about a 50% chance of success.
If you can ask 20 people you know, for money, face to face, ￡100 each, probably 1 out of 2 people will say yes. So that's ￡1,000. Once you get that money, sock it away in a savings account and don't touch it.
Next, start taking ￡10 per week and putting it in a jar and don't touch it. If you've got 104 weeks to fundraise, that's ￡1040 right there.
Another way to fundraise is to ask someone you know for money, on the phone. That has about a 25% chance of success. that means you need to reach out to 4x as many people as you need to say yes.
That should get you another ￡1000, if you start now.

Hello,
Try selling something that your supporters will actually want (especially for a !). Not products that they can get on their own right down the street and usually for a cheaper price. A very good product that gives value to supporters is fundraising cards. The thing about fundraising discount cards is that the supporters save well more than what they actually paid for the card. Do your own research though and make sure you pick a good, quality card that has a ton of discounts for your supporters!
