Is this a Scam - Can a paid off eviction be removed from credit report/public records?

Truthful, factual information cannot and will not be removed from your credit report. Otherwise, what is the purpose of a credit report?

What they will do is challenge the entry on your report. While it is being challenged, your score will temporarily increase. Then when the entry is verified, your score drops to where it should be. In the meantime, you're out $300 and effectively, they accomplished nothing.

Scam all the way.

You should not trust any company that guarantees that something will be removed from your credit report.

The only guarantee is that they will empty your wallet. Stay away.

yes!

Got a valid eviction in 2010..My Judgement is now paid off...However im having trouble renting again per the judgment shows up on my credit. I have found this company www.evictions.net and they say they guarantee that if you follow the 4steps then it will be removed in 20-30days...only problems it cost $300 to do it...and they dont reveal the steps...I spoke to representative and they somewhat gave info stated have to obtain credit report and also go down to sheriff's department to obtain s document..but he didn't say for what....have to pay $300 up front..

Im desperate, per I need a place, I'm willing to pay the money but scared I will be scammed..

Should I trust this company www.evictionss.net
