Is it possible to get out of apartment lease two days after signing?

Not really likely. A lease regardless of when you signed it is a legal and binding document.

The apartment was required to be cleaned prior to you moving in why would you go in and clean it again? You accepted the condition of the apartment when you did a pre-walk through. If you went in after the fact the landlord could argue that you did something, his word against yours.

You could ask to switch to another unit.

Legal contracts- which leases are- are binding immediately upon signing. Furthermore, you accept the apartment in "as is" condition. Unless there is a code violation, you cannot force them to fix it.

Therefore, there is no way to legally demand that you get let out of the lease without breaking it and paying a fee.

Of course, you might be able to negotiate this with a LL, but it is unlikely.

It is not possible to break your lease without a penalty. Your lease is a legally binding agreement even if you never move in. The property management company is not going to let you walk away from the lease. You will need to speak to your landlord to find out how much it will cost to break your lease.

Only if the LL agrees to let you out of the lease. You can expect to pay early termination fees.

1. If the landlord agrees.

2. Is there anything wrong with the apartment that the landlord did not disclose to you?

Good luck

Not without the landlords written permission and/ or financial penalty.

Tell the landlord to fix it or you'll fix him

Nope.

Not for free, no. Ask the LL.
