That is fine but you need to remember that nice houses are also the popular houses the sort that everyone wants so they tend to be more expensive to rent or buy. You can't get a nice house that is cheaper than other nice houses because houses are always cheap for a reason.

Have you got yourself a career? Yes? Good, doe it have a promotion ladder with a pay rise after each promotion? Yes? Good, get those promotions and save up for the deposit and the mortgage payments.

Does your career not have promotion opportunities? Look for another career that has good promotion opportunities, and work your way up, then save up that deposit and get the house.

Don't have a career? Well, simply get one!
