absolutely - you can break the lease at any time for any reason: you'll be paying the penalty for doing so per the terms of the Lease agreement.
You can break a lease: but it will cost you: normally 3 months rent, unless you have a very nice landlord.
It is not legal reason o break the lease penalty free, no.
landlords are spiders you are trapped on their web till the lease runs out you can lose a lot of money escaping and most probably will there are no nice landlords they make money not friends
I recentlt moved into the city and recently saw a woman brutally beaten in a parking lot across the street from my apartment, I dont feel safe here anymore, as ive heard other fights going on, yelling and such in the night and I want to move asap, i signed for a year but i need to break it at the end of the semester that ends December 5th. Im only 18, this is my first time being on my own, will this be a valid cause to break a lease?
