My advice, search around, look up reviews, hit social media and work out what people think. Although I’ve used Mailing Manager before (I’ve put a link in the sources section), and I’m happy with their services, I realise that there are many more out there, such as MailChimp and iContact.

Largely, it will depend on the size of your business as well as what you intend to do with it. Fortunately, most offer trial services and these should be suitable for working out which one is best.

Best E-mailer? Aweber and GetResponse are my two favorites.

There's also GVO from pure leverage, which is pretty inexpensive, albeit not as sophisticated as the two above.

There are, of course, dozens of others, but it's important to make sure you have a service that's high quality and can guarantee deliverability, which is one thing you need to pay for.
