First of all, you can not have partyfaces.com, even if it wasn't taken. You want it for FREE, and I doubt somewhere will give you a .com address for free. You can use other addresses that look like top level addresses, (something like.uni.me, or .eu.pn is free) but you could not get something like .com for free.
As for the site itself, try Google Sites or Wordpress.com. You get some good features from them both and they are both free. You get an address, but you can use your new address (from the previous point) to redirect users to your site.
Alternatively, if you are of a creative mind and can build your own site, try 000webhost.com or Zymic web hosting. They offer free hosting for sites, and you can again link your address from earlier to this.
If you decide to pay for hosting and an address to look more professional, you can get them for pennies. I pay ￡3.30 per month for my hosting and pay ￡6.60 every two years for my address, and I get unlimited storage space and the ability to tack on unlimited addresses. It is cheap, but it depends if you want to jump to paying for your site.
Contact a web development company...contact a few to compare prices. You ideally want one that you can work alongside so that you have a say in everything. This whole process can be done in a matter of weeks if you choose the right company.

However I suggest you choose a new name. Partyfaces.com is already taken.
Google sites are generally quite good but you need a google account
