2.Find the button for attachments on your email software. It may look like a paper clip and it will probably say "attach files".
3.Click on that button. An explorer window will open.
4.Navigate to the folder where the file you want to send is located. For example, mypictures/2007Jan/0123.jpg
5.Click on the name of the picture or other file.
6.If you want to send more than one file, hold down the "control" key and click on the additional file names.
7.The display of the email message you're sending will have change. It will now say something like "attachments (1) 0123.jpg"
8.The message will probably also tell you the size of the file(s) you have attached - "140KB" for example.
9.Press "send"
10.Email with attachments takes longer to upload than plain text. If your photos are large, it may take a minute or more.
While you compose any e-mail and there is an option to attach image. Click on that and attach respected image after that send the email. simple
Either you can copy an image and paste it in the body section of the mail (or) you could attach it as a separate file, as you do it for other file attachments.
inside of every email there is an option word "attachments and that is where you click and go upload your files then click SEND when your done making the email.
You can see if it worked by going into your SENT folder and opening up the pics there to view on your own computer.
I think that this problem occurs due to the template. A solution of this problem is that use HTML format for bulk mailing.

"When I want to send emails using images and when I test the mail, I find disturbing images, alignment, size and view so please guide, how can I attach images to mail."
