My advice is to find your copy of the lease and read the agreement. If legal issues were to arise, consult a lawyer.
I would call a lawyer and ask them for assistance.
You already asked this:

Please allow me to repeat my earlier answer:
If what the roommates are saying is true, they have not done anything illegal.
You are correct in paying your last month's rent. However, give your LL notice that you are not renewing the lease otherwise they could hold you to another month's rent. Since you do not live there, you are not responsible for the utilities.
It is not your LL's problem than you cannot get along with your roommates. Your LL has not breached the lease; it was your decision to move out.
The "landlords" are also parents and as parents retain the right to visit their daughter without notice. You can't prevent them from coming by, no more then you can prevent the parents of other roommates from visiting.
Landlords also are not responsible for you getting along with roommates, they are not babysitters. You complaining to them about your roommates is really immature and absurd.
The landlord is who receives notices about guests, if they choose to waive the requirement it isn't your concern.
Your only possible legitimate complaint is the deck. If you are not barred from using it and it is unsafe to use then you can require the landlord to either make it impossible to get to or finish it. Give them a 30 day notice in writing. After that you can hire a contractor to come finish it.
Am I allowed privacy as well as quiet use and enjoyment? Is there an issue since the majority of the problems come from the roommate who is daughter of landlords? Implied warrant of habitability? I began my lease July 1, 2013. I moved in with three of my friends, one of which her parents are the landlords. Well, through out the lease, the landlords never gave us the required 24 hours notice necessary upon entering the premises. Me and one girl moved out after a heated argument with the two other roommates (one being the daughter of the landlords), after I complained about the partying at 3:30am on a weekday and the landlords not doing anything to control the environment. There is supposed to be written notice of guests, but the daughter of the landlords moved a friend in for 2+ weeks, we have a totaled car sitting in front of the house (landlord's daughter totaled after she committed hit and run) AND the deck to our backyard has been dangerous for the past 6 months (landlords haven't gone around to completing the deck, so wood has been just sitting around along with nails, etc.)
I don't know what to do. I have a month of the lease left including utilities, which I plan on paying so I don't default on the lease. After that, I don't know what causes of action I may have in small claims, if I do have any.
The other two roommates (daughter included) are making our (me & roommate who moved out) lives miserable by posting nasty things on the internet, all of which I've saved.
