Does this mean my bills are included in the rent?

Ive seen a rented house that says '£75 per week to include bills'. So i dont have to spend anything else??

Btw the bills are electric, gas, water and council tax

If it says they are included, then they likely are.

Keep in mind that, as a border/lodger, you have very few rights.

check the property over take pictures all inside read the contract 20 times over before you sign it all to often becomes the trap when private renting remember they aren't providing a home as such they are making money it can make a lot of difference when money needs to be spent just warning you they aren't mom and dad

Be cautious as the advertiser's English may not be good. Find out before you commit. It may be that the landlord is resident in the property and controls the energy usage. Check it out.

It sounds like one room in a shared house to me.

If it says bills are included then bills are included.
