Are there countries not dependent on relations with Russia, but still friendly with Russia?

Ukraine was friendly. Byelorussia had some economic conflicts with Russia too. Georgia had a war with Russia in 2008. All that can Russia it's "to buy" friendship with Armenia, Kazahstan, Serbia, Bulgaria and some countries of South America - all love and needs gas and oil.
What do you mean by "friendly"? All countries do business with Russia but Europe and America and now Japan have some business sanctions on Russia that eventually will ruin their economy. Maybe the U.S. wants to drive people into poverty and a return to a Communist state.
Russia has a new economic alliance with Khazakstan and Belarus, the only former Soviet states not controlled and funded by the U.S.
I dont get the U.S. Gorbachov ended the USSR 24 years ago and they have struggled to change their political and economic system and now the U.S. wants to destroy all that, for no good reason.
It's India.
Serbia and Greece have very good relations with Russia.
China and maybe North Korea but if something happens as to war it won't be nuclear I believe, we're past that and the Us and allies are so much more advanced with the technology. For example when the Russians sold jets to Hussain in 2004 he sold them back because we shot them down so much. And I might fear ww3 is among us with MH17 that's the type of thing that starts wars
Closest - Armenia, Kazachstan, then - maybe Belarus, Venesuela, Syria
Alexander III said: Russia have only 2 friends: our army and our fleet.
More people in any countrys like Russia. Geopolitic for gays.
I think Cuba and India
