Where in England, Wales or Scotland is good for work (not construction) for a 26 year old without a degree?

Have you looked at the civil service 9central government or local government). There are jobs that don't require degrees but you can work your way up the ladder if you work hard.

I probably go for London since London pretty much has everything compared to other cities. Also depends on what type of job you are into but try out job sites and Gumtree.
