Salary would be 25.000￡ pa, do you think this is enough to live a "normal" life in this city?
On that salary, you'd be looking at a room in a shared flat or house; it's unlikely you could easily stretch to a self contained 1-bed/studio flat (unless you looked fairly far outside the centre)
If you want to have any money to spend on leisure activities (rather than rent and bills) you will have to share a house or a flat (as others have mentioned). Forget about getting your own place unless you would be happy with zero social life (as you wouldn't be able to afford one and rent a place for yourself).
