If you open a door for a physically healthy man (like your colleague for instance) he'll be very confused and show/tell you to enter first, if you resist then he will most likely feel even more confused/awkward (unless he's in hurry)... It's not a way to attract him rather vice versa, you'll be considered weird (or bad joker). When in Eastern Europe, relax, and be a lady. We don't like feminism.
