1) Some of the railway lines have been closed to save money. (e.g. Corinthos - Naphilon)
2) Many bus services have been reduced and bus information is now harder to obtain. (E.g. the direct bus service from the Port of Patras to Piraeus no longer runs).
3) Some businesses useful to travellers who want to avoid resort-style tourism, like local shops and tavernas used mainly by Greeks, have gone bust and closed down.
4) Some ferry services have ceased or reduced frequencies.

Your main cost will be the air-tickets and if you find a good offer you can always get Money off depending on how many will be traveling.
The cost for staying will be far cheaper than any other country and that is because it simply is cheaper.
Same spaghetti sauce. As CMV astutely pointed out, you'll need to pack any necessary perscriptions and, if possible, medication with you, as Greek doctors are among the last people you'd want to have to work with.
Other than that, I, as a Greek, have not noticed any major difference between then and now and neither will you. Have fun.
Tourist prices are the same as they were.
It wont be more expensive than before . Accomodation prices are stable ( except in tourist hot-spots at peak times ) and prices in restaurants remain fair value . Drinks are a little more due to tax rises .
The main thing that has affected tourism is that the government has had to reduce the subsidies on things like public transport - links are less frequent than they were and fares dearer . That chiefly affects ferry travel around the islands .
The medical service there has suffered under the imposed Austerity too , so take copies of any current prescriptions AND sufficient medication for anything you are suffering with , then you wont have to rely on local services and suppliers .
