Go to Pedralbes neighborhood, it is there where the wealthiest people in Barcelona live. Otherwise also in Sarrià district.
What do they do? Well, they go to private universities if they are still young (like ESADE, Abat Oliba, etc) or work at a nice company (obviously they got the job thanks to daddy). They go to posh bars or discos. Since they have plenty of money they can afford all sorts of drugs.
Many families in Barcelona (not only rich ones) have another house for the weekend at the seaside or in the mountain, so many rich boys go to places like Pals (at the Costa Brava) or la Cerdanya area at the Pyrenees, because these people love skiing and the tan you get in the high mountains is suitable for them.
The thing is that I don't know if they will want to meet you if you do not belong to their social class unless you just want to go to bed with them only.

Most hang out at a stadium called "Camp Nou". They are extremely wealthy. You'll easily recognise them as they are always seen kicking a ball about!
