No bars or clubs in Europe accept licenses from non- EU countries. You have to show a passport. I can't tell you the number of times I was stopped from going into a bar or club because I had left my passport at the hostel/hotel and only had my California drivers license in my wallet. Nowhere accepts it. They only accept EU licenses as they are all the same no matter what country a person is from. It's just the country name that changes but the same layout, holograms and magnetic strip on the back
First of all Europe is not one country, but made up of many countries each with their own laws. However, as a foreigner the ONLY ID you can use in Europe is a Passport. A driver's license, real or fake, will not be accepted.
And despite what you might think, conley39 is absolutely correct! He lived in Europe for many so knows the situation first hand - unlike you!
BTW how old are you? You do realise that the minimum drinking age in most European countries is 18, not 21 like the US, so it might be legal for you to drink anyway. And in some countries it is possible to drink wine and beer from the age of 16, though a parent or close adult friend must buy it.
That won't work. You have to use your passport as your ID. US Driver's licenses are not accepted
The won't accept it. The only ID they will accept from you is your passport.
