You either need to save more (at least £200,000) or better still put your savings into studying for a degree level qualification to start a professional career.

As a non EEA national, the only way you can work in the UK is on a Tier 2 visa. This requires you to have a UK employer who is registered and licensed by the Home Office to employ non EEA nationals.

Only certain occupations qualify for a work visa and all require at least a degree level qualification. See tables 1 and 2 for the only jobs that qualify.

Your prospective employer must carry out a resident market test to prove that not one single, suitably qualified resident worker is available to fill the post unless the job pays over £153,500 or it's on the shortage occupation list.

The resident market test involves four weeks of extensive advertising across the jobcentre network and in trade and national press so it's a lengthy and expensive process. Most employers will not go to the time and expense unless they particularly want a specific candidate or they are having trouble recruiting from the resident market.

The shortage occupation list is a list of occupations which suffer from an agreed shortage of skilled personnel in the UK to satisfy demand. Most of these occupations are very highly specialised jobs in the arts, technology, engineering science and medicine.

Only if the employer can satisfy UKVI that there are no resident workers available can he provide you with a certificate of sponsorship which is a unique reference number that you use to apply for your visa.

Your money will get you no where.......and no one can "help" you, you either fit the criteria or you don't and from what you say you don't.

So unless you have a high level degree in a STEM subject, years of work experience in a STEM field and can find a job on the OSL where the registered employer employs you then sponsors a work visa for you, then you will not be coming to "live in England" or anywhere else in the UK...or Europe for that matter

Your money in this case makes no difference. Without a work visa and a confirmed job offer, you won't be moving to the UK to work.

To get a work visa for the UK, you need a qualifying employer to sponsor your visa; generally only the jobs on the UK occupation shortage list (requiring high level education and experience) are eligible.

You need a visa. Either a job and work visa which you need before you arrive or an entrepreneur or investors visa and £20,000 is no where near enough for one of these. You have to start a business or invest heavily in an existing one, creating jobs in the UK.

No chance sorry if no UK or other EU passport....CAN WE up sticks & settle in your country? No .IMMIGRATION...Also VISAS are for the UK and not just England which is only one part of the country...

Makes no. Difference if you are a millionaire. You need to look at the Immigration site and go through the process.
