Bills depend on property size, number of inhabitants and usage. Not geographical location.
How can anyone tell you? What is the size of the house - a studio flat or a 10 bedroom mansion? Are you going to have heating blasting out at 85 degrees F all day, every day, or not on at all. Are you on a water meter or still rated? Your really cannot expect people to read your mind.
The same as the bills would be anywhere else. It depends on how much of each you use and which company you go with. Nobody can POSSIBLY answer the question.
There is absolutely ZERO chance of knowing in advance what your bills are going to be, because they all depend on YOUR behaviour.
