We want sun!!
We are both 24 but to be honest are old before our time, we dont like the hustle and bustle of cities and are not looking to go clubbing.
We just want somewhere hot, with nice beaches and enough to do and see.
Any ideas?
Happy2He, well you have the Amalfie Coast, or the Greek Islands, or the south italian beaches on the Mediterranean.
My choice is none of those, I would be headed to Sydney Australia, spend some time there, then head up to the Gold Coast, then go and dive on the Great Barrier Reef, if you go from lets say late November to lets say early March great weather. Mid January through February is very hot, but the surf is great I found.

Gold Coast is a good place for sun and beaches...but its a hell of a long way, and Australia is expensive
Come to India and visit Goa. There is the sun and the sand. Lots of beaches around Goa too. Check out the attached link for some great snaps of a beach near Goa.

there are tons of places you would like. I recommend the small town of Pipa in Brazil (between Natal and Recife) on the Atlantic. It is very warm all year round, has a number of beautiful beaches (something for every taste like for swimming, surfing, etc.), beaches are not crowed, the mostly young people travel to Pipa. Google it!
Cyprus I's a live place to go and got plenty to see I went there about three weeks ago and about 9 in the morning it like 40 degrees
