its going to be in the middle of a city, and old building with a modernised inside with like reclaimed furniture and stuff so its kind of mismatch but designer.

You have to think other names that corresponds the "Wonderland". Maybe you can attach your name or something. Hotel Wonderland or Alice Hotel can be okay but then it depends on your idea.
