My wife just got a call from IVacations stating that myself (her husband) had inquired about a trip with IVacations and they were calling to get payment for the trip. My wife assumed that the company was telling the truth and then trusted them. My wife paid in full. The catch is that I had NEVER shown any interest in any of their vacation packages. So now we sit here with a charge of $574 for a trip that we never wanted and the flight is not included. The company will not replay the whole phone recording because they know they tricked my wife into the purchase (in the recording they just keep coming at my wife to close the deal). So now I have to fight with IVacations and Visa to prove that they did not disclose the truth and hence the purchase is void. But all IVacations can say over and over is that they did nothing wrong and its not refundable. I just disappointed that a company has to lie to get a purchase. Just be warned.
We JUST came back last month from our trip to Daytona and Disney. We used the I Vacations package we got last fall and it was well worth it. I suggest visiting the Orlando area last because with the rental car we used was for 7 days and we didn't use it at all while around Disney. The shuttles took us everywhere.
They have good deals on airline tickets, got a great deal for our family to Mexico last month.
