Mine's in Bali Island in Indonesia. I could have the best vacation there especially during summer time and when the waves are usually higher for surfers.
Caroline, though I am Canadian, and live in Canada, I have a good taste of Australia, and there is a lot more I want to see, your at the top of my agenda.
Now that I have said that, I was recently sent to Beirut for 72 hours and a bit, for the little bit I saw, I loved it, I would go back again. Go and see a friend I made called Omar who has a restaurant.

Its the absolute most beautiful place I've ever been.
It might not be such anymore, as it's now a common tourist location, and they have built trams going up part of the mountain.
It's an ancient "Buddhist" mountain, some say you can hear the "hum" of the earth. It really is quite an eerie and beautiful place. I highly recommend it to anyone with a strong interest in ancient culture.
For me the first place would be any of the countries bordering Iguazu Falls in South America - maybe Argentina. Since I live in Italy and have a home in Colorado in the US, I've already seen a lot of Europe, North America and the Caribbean, but have never been to South America although I've been close enough to see the coast of Venezuela.
