you will get caught, and that is for sure. Running away is almost never a good idea. By the way, we don't know how old you are. There are certainly better options than running away.
Talk it over with your brother, no matter how demented he is, deep down he loves you and wants you to be fulfilled and have a life of plentiness as any other girl. As for your parents, deal with it, most of us have retarded parents (this is a point of view).
first you need money to set yourself up with accomodation. You need to leave a note for your parents to say you need a break don't worry i'm in no harm. If you are under age they will phone the police and it will cost a lot of money for them to search for you. When you are older you will regret your mistake so instead of running away why don't you speak to a school counsellor if you are at school and see how you can resolve your problem. Your problem is not uncommon for teenage girls and many who have run away have found themselves in dangerous situations that can have a huge impact on their future . You need to care for yourself and work towards a good future where you can get a good job and find the freedom within yourself and hopefully one day you can travel and open your eyes up to a lot of amazing things and places.
