@ Steve C: Of course there's such a thing as Latin America, it's just often confused with South- and Central America. Latin American countries where they speak languages that originated from Latin (Spanish or French for example).

it's south america or central america. Peoples from that region are about as latin as you are teutonic, pictish or saxon.
