I've been to Brazil but not to Bolivia. I think Brazil is a nice place but really poor and dirty, Argentina is a peaceful land and Bolivia I don't know.
Here in Argentina there a lot of immigrants from Bolivia. They're really cold people and rare. Nobody likes them.
My comment can sounds biased because I am from Argentina. But..From my point of view, Argentina is a great place to stay. We are really friendly people (even though always there are those *** holes everywhere), it does not matter if you are foreigner, we just like to make new friends. I would say that in Argentina you will have more chances to socialize than in Bolivia or Brazil (It does not mean they are not social people). Obviously like every country there are "unsafe" areas. I live in a province very quiet, different to Buenos Aires, which has some "dangerous" places.
About Brazil, it is a good country, it like Portuguese (the language)..I've never been there but there are a lot of beautiful places in that country.I can't talk too much about the people because I don't get to talk with them so often.
About Bolivia, I don't really know so much about this country. There are kind and great people there, but I would choose Bolivia only for vacation to visit or something like that. I personally wouldn't live there.
If you even choose to come to Argentina..Don't stay in Buenos Aires, or Capital Federal.. Choose another place. I would suggest: Cordoba, Santa Fe, Corrientes (I am from there), Chaco (I am studying at an engineering college here), Entre Rios, San Luis, Mendoza and Misiones, I know almost every province in my country and I find these very nice and safe places to live in.
And don't care about what "Eduardo" says, people like that only make us looks like dumb.*** and retards.

Bolivia is a poor country. If you want to live there for fun, its a bad choice.
Argentina once once the wealthiest country during the early 1800's. But since then it has been difficult to find a job and the economy is in a 50 year recession.
Brazil is your best place to find a job among the three. It also has alot of great beaches and bars to have fun.
Hi, Forget about Bolivia because it is a very poor country and is full of savages. First note that Spanish is spoken in Argentina and in Brazil they speak Portuguese. The language you know best should influence your decision.
The other important aspect is the security of the country. Brazil and Argentina have problems with crime. It matters a lot to you relate to people and if you become good friends to help you adapt. Brazil's beaches are nice but they are unsafe.
Another thing to consider is your nationality, most sincerely South Americans hate your country because they are murderers, hypocrites and racist Puritans.
I hate your country that participated in the coup against General Juan Domingo Peron and helped the British in The Malvinas war. With Peron Argentina was a powerhouse in many ways.
USA also stole Panama to Colombia, invaded Nicaragua, Panama.
USA stole Puerto Rico and Cuba to Spain.
