Actually Colombia′s got plenty of good and beatifull universities which aren′t very expensive, some of the best are in Bogotá like Javeriana, Andes and these are just some exaples depending on what you are going to study. Most people are really nice and is a cool place to hang out, its got plenty of attractions but yet i recomend you that if you are coming to Colombia you should alo visit other places different from Bogotá like amazonas, cartagen or Santa marta which are very pretty. I don′t know uch about spain but I would bet the prize is a lot higher try to search for those universities and see which one you like :)

For studying? That's a no-brainer. Spain.

Better culture, more enjoyable place, easy access to most of Europe with your Schengen Visa.

Only choose Colombia if you're really cash-strapped (as Spain is more expensive) and don't care about quality. From Colombia, your access to other countries will depend from your nationality regardless of your Colombian Student Visa.

Study what?

Cost efficiency --> Colombia by far.

Getting around within the country --> Colombia (IMO). Not so much separatism.

Getting around to neighbour countries --> Spain (e.g. currency-wise, visa-wise if applicable).

Culture, etc. --> Depends on what you want. Search for YT videos of both countries and choose the one you like better.

Columbia will be a bit cheaper and it has excellent universities. Although Columbia has good infrastructure, it is still easier to get around Spain and easier to get to neighboring countries. If you are more of an outdoor person, Colombia might get the nod. Otherwise, Spain.
