What countries would you recommend for a British young guy looking just too relax. The place needs to have a beach and quiet area with nice hotels... Also is possible less than ￡600 not including holiday money (flights + hotel). Thank you :)

Save your money and stay in England. Maybe after 2 years on your first job take a "small" vacation [say 1 hour away] but that's it. Life is a tough go... you are going to need that money if an emergency comes up.
I think you should prefers to go for enjoying your holidays in Some British Country where you can manage all the stuff. Also you can book some cheap packages from some well known travelling companies.
