You can't find information about cities and homes simply because these do not exist. The only people living in Antarctica are scientists and their support staff. And these people do not live there permanently but work only for a period of months.
Antarctica cannot sustain human life. Everything essential to human life such as building materials, food, fuel, medications, must be brought in by ship or plane. Nothing can be farmed or manufactured there.

No. The nearest to either is the American military base at the South Pole. By international agreement, anything taken onto the mainland has to be removed. All the garbage and sewage from the South Pole base has to be flown out. There used to be a few whaling stations on the outlying islands, but these are no longer inhabited - apart from the occasional scrap metal gang.
There are plenty of cold places in the world. No need to go to the absolute coldest. You can move to Alaska, Canada, if you're in Europe you can move to Scandinavia. But no, moving to Antarctica is not an option.
